Products
We want you to love our service. Every time you use our site we want to make sure you have an experience that will make you want to return time and time again. If you have changed your mind, or simply no longer want your order you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt to:

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs or arrange an exchange for something else if we have the item you would like to be available in stock.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returns of any opened or used products. If the item is unwanted upon receipt it must be returned exactly as it was received and should be undamaged. For the Love of Self has the right to refuse a refund or exchange on returned items that are not in a condition that would allow us to re-sell the product.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods should be reported to us via direct email (arianneloveofself@outlook.com). The email address is also available within the footer of the website for reference. Once the team have been made aware of the problem, they will issue you instructions on how to proceed. If the team advise you to return a faulty or defective product to us, and upon receipt of the parcel at For the Love of Self, product costs will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs (where applicable). Please note when making a return in this instance, we will refund your return costs up to a standard parcel Royal Mail first class rate. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
In all instances, please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the delivery note, letting us know why you are returning the item. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray. For the Love of Self will not be responsible for any items being returned by the buyer that are become lost or missing via post. The item/s being returned, whether damaged or unwanted is/are the buyer’s responsibility until received back to For the Love of Self correct address detailed above. This includes keeping track of postage and if any item is lost or goes missing when being returned by the buyer.
Services including workshops
We are unable to offer refunds on any services, workshops or bookings that are cancelled or that cannot be attended but we are very happy to arrange alternative dates and times with no timeframe limitations.
If you are unable to make an appointment, please notify us via email (arianneloveofself@outlook.com) as soon as possible. We would be grateful for at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer the timeslot to somebody else. We can then discuss alternative dates and times to reschedule the booking.
